| Walleyes
are fished in shallow bays ( 5 to 12 feet of water ) around the camp and caught
as of mid-June through August. Anglers woll fish mostly with jigging equipment
for this tasty fish. Walleyes will average 3 lbs. Exceptional
sized walleyes are uncommon but the sheer number of these fishes
